Strategic Lead

Douglas Broward has more than 15 years as a creative consultant and designer. After managing the in-house studio at Cooper Hayes/BBDO — Miami’s largest ad agency — he acquired extensive experience by freelancing with diverse industries in numerous locations. Since joining Grizzard, a top-ranked direct agency owned by Omnicom, Douglas has rapidly become one of the company’s strategic leaders, helping to develop the integrated initiatives that define marketing’s future.

Colophon

Koi, or carp, are potent symbols as well as highly-prized and collected fish. Due to their innate drive to always head upstream, regardless of adversity, koi represent the good fortune earned by perseverance and independence. In one popular myth, the koi who reaches and leaps the Yellow River’s Dragon Falls will themselves be transformed into a dragon, an achievement worthy of honor and respect.

Furthermore — and quite appropriately — the word “koi” is also a homophone for being passionately committed: a fundamental impetus as well as the response desired of any creative endeavor.
